Eccovi il video ufficiale di "We're Not Gonna Take It" dei Twisted Sister, tratto dal loro album del 1984 "Stay Hungry".

Il singolo aveva raggiunto il numero 21 nella classifica Hot 100 di Billboard, rendendolo l'unico Top 40 singolo di Twisted Sister. La canzone è stata classificata al 47 ° posto su 100 Greatest 80's Songs e numero 21 su 100 Greatest One Hit Wonders degli anni '80 di VH1.

Marconi Plays the Mambo, questa è forse la frease che più di ogni altra ci è rimasta in mente, di questa canzone; o forse nel video la statua del presidente lincoln che improvvisamente si alza per cantare.

Comunque sia, un brano indimenticabile dagli stessi creatori di SARA e di Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now

Credereste mai che AC/DC: Thunderstruck e Ray Parker Jr: Ghostbusters, potessero andare insieme ?
Ebbene sì in questo mashup, un unione scintillante di due generi completamente diversi.

Anche il video è creato a regola d'arte, e le due tipologie di musica si incastrano perfettamente.

Se non lo avessi scovato per puro caso, non ci avrei creduto nemmeno morto.

Questo ragazzo risce ad imitare 20 stili musicali sulla stessa canzone, imitando dai Bee Gees, a Michael Jackson, passando per i più famosi gruppi di metal, passando per, nientepopodimeno che i Tre Tenori !

Metal Heart, il brano più famoso degli Accept, storica Band Tedesca durante il cosiddetto Woodstock Polacco a Przystanek.

Tutti (o quasi) sanno che all'interno del brano, il chittarista si sbizzarisce in una interpretazione di PER ELISA di Beethoven. Ma ben oochi sanno, che l'inizio stesso della canzone è una cover della Marcia Slava di Ciaikovsky (o Tchaikovsky) che dir si voglia..

I componenti della Band oramai quasi tutti 60.enni, grazie all'incitamento del pubblico, dimostrano una reattività e una voglia di vita sconosciuta a molti ragazzi di oggi perennementa attaccati al proprio cellulare.

All'epoca il chitarrista del gruppo Wolf Hoffmann aveva spiegato il concetto della loro musica: "We had read an article that someone was working on an artificial heart and that one day everybody is going to have a computerized heart. It talked, in general terms, about how more and more of humanity gets sucked out of the daily life and more and more replaced by machine. It's not a new thing now, but then it was new. Humans versus machine, was the general vibe of the record."

Il brano è in qualche modo il simbolo del Metal moderno, e il vedere decine di migliaia di persone a questo consesso Heavy Metal, ma soprattutto vedere molti giovani, i cosiddetti Millenial, mi dà speranze per il futuro, speriamo riescano a sopravvalicare la generazione Cernobyl

Got talent: Cantante lirica scatenata in una cover degli AC/DC

A Brasil got talent si presenta una cantante lirica, che dopo un inizio non entusiasmante con un brano d'opera poco conosciuto, glissa sul Rock con Highway to Hell degli Ac/Dc, scatenando il tripudio di pubblico e giudici.

Una performance tutta da seguire, ma soprattutto fara attenzione alle facce dei giudici

Versione metal della famosissima SOFIA di Alvaro Soler, che ha già ricevuto alcune cover molto simpatiche, come Mi me son Fidà.

Il cantante passa senza il minimo problema, da una voce in perfetto stile Heavy Metal a quella molto simile all'interprete spagnolo.
